Delivery Timescales

Last day to order for Christmas delivery of collars is Friday 15th December.

As the majority of our products are handmade we aim to process and dispatch items within 1-3 working days.

UK Mainland : Delivery within 2 – 5 working days

ID tags are engraved and dispatched directly from the manufacturer, as such we have less control over the timescales of ID tags but please assume 10 working days as a maximum.

Are your collars "cat safety collars"?

Absolutely, all of the cat collars we sell have safety features included which mean the collar will release your cat should they get trapped whilst wearing. The safety feature will either be a quick release buckle which will open when pressure is applied, or an elasticated strip which will allow the collar to become bigger.

Is my kitten big enough?

It is recommended that your kitten or cat is at least 2kg before they wear a collar. This is so they are heavy enough for the collar to break open under their weight should they get caught.

Can I remove the bell from your cat collars?

Yes, bells on our cat collars are very easy to remove. They are attached to the collar using a split ring in the same way keys are attached to a key ring.

Which size cat collar should I order?

All cats are different and it's very difficult to guess the correct size, the best way to ensure you order the correct size is to measure you cat's neck, or if they already have a collar to measure this instead.

ID Tag FAQs:

How do ID tags attach to my cat's collar?

All ID tags are supplied with a split ring in order to attach to the "d ring" on your cat's collar. This works in a very similar way to attaching keys to a key ring.

I first put this on too loose and my cat was able to remove it very easily with his jaw and it broke away. Reassuring to know it's release is working. He's been very happy with it on.

The reflection is really good too.

Fantastic quality for my Best Pal Katt. I know that this collar will help keep him safe and the fact that it is quick release will ensure that he will not get “stuck” in places where cats tend to go. Very sturdy, long-lasting, and yes, reflective. We bought two of them a year and a half ago. A week ago our black cat returned with no collar, which means the breakaway worked as it should've. We put the spare on her (with her spare glow-in-the-dark tag), and now I'm ordering the new spare collar.

It's very light and not in the least intrusive to Murph as some collars he tries to scratch off, but not this one. Easy to see him now although its light at night of course but I have peace of mind - and it coordinates nicely with his red ID tag.

Best cat collars ever!

My cat is an avid hunter, always climbing trees and sadly always crossing the road! I was therefore keen to get her a reflective collar which also had a safety breakaway buckle on it. This is the only place I could find that did cat collars which ticked BOTH criteria. In our local pet shops, they only sell reflective OR breakaway. Cat Collars website was really use to use and I received my cat collar almost the next day - amazing service thank you & a great collar, which incidentally is REALLY reflective - would highly recommend!

Fits well and is actually reflective (bought many collars in the past tyst claim to be but aren’t!). The bell is loud enough to let the birds know the cat is around too which is good. Would definitely recommend.
