These high quality velvet “cats eye” cat safety collars set with reflective cat eye design look and feel gorgeous. Each collar uses an elasticated strip at one end designed to expand and release the cat safely should they become caught. There is no damage to the collar its self and (if found) can be re fitted to the cats neck. Each collar includes buckle, bell and matching “D” ring to fit an ID tag or charm.
