its a bit of paper stuck on tag not engraving

Thank you for the feedback Clive, we have updated the product description to reflect the fact that this tag does not use traditional engraving methods. The technology used means that the printed text is very easy to read, it's waterproof, long lasting and guarenteed for life. We hope that it's everything customers want in an ID Tag, however if you have any problems or would like to take us up on the offer of a replacement/refund we are more than happy to do that for you.

The ID collar is of good quality but I was expecting the wording to be engraved. The update email also stated it was at the engravers. However, the finished article is simply a sticker stuck in the back of the ID tag. I first thought this was just a cover and tried to peel it off.

Thank you so much for your feedback, you are totally correct that the tags are not engraved however as you rightly say they are very good quality and are guaranteed for life. We have already taken steps to change the wording on the email to prevent confusion.
